I just purchased a B7610 2005 model year S/N 52334 from a private individual. The tractor has no implements and the owner claimed to use it for spraying lawns with an electrical hook up and used the 3 point hitch for a back blade for snow removal.
I purchased a brand new 60 inch mower deck for this unit. The problem is that the back PTO and the mid PTO do not work. We had no idea that the PTO's did not work until we hooked up the mower deck. The lever used to operate the PTO does not feel as though it goes into or out of gear. Has anyone ever heard of this problem before? Can it be an easy fix? The tractor appears to run fine but has not PTO. Also, could the be an aftermarket or graymarket tractor?
