I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM . DOUBLE UP THE SPRING THAT RIDES IN THE SO CALLED DETENTES , HOLD THE 2ND SPRING BACK JUST A BIT . THIS REALLY HOLDS TIGHT . ALSO PUT A PLASTIC WASHER ON TOP OF THE STEEL WASHER,THIS ALSO HELPS IT OUT .
