Not sure of your machine, but I had one do
the same thing. It turned out to be black
muck in the bottom of the tank. It was flowing
into the nipple at the bottom of the tank where
the fuel line connected, had it blocked really
good, I could blow it with air and a little
fuel would come out, but stop back up as soon
as a tea spoon of fuel dripped out. The black
muck I was told was a form of algie, I'm not
sure of that. I know I had to clean out the
fuel tank and lines to make it run. Could be
you may have about the same thing going on.
