First of all what do you mean leaks off.
If your leaving the hitch raised when parked,
don't do it, your suppose to lower the hitch
all the way down when not in use. If the hitch
is lowering while traveling and you have to
keep raising it, then the fluid is by passing,
could be the pump, or the control valve. Most
of us are using STP in the UDT oil to help
prevent this, 1 can per 4 qts udt.
