Is it a new switch? or a cleaned one. A proper switch turns on the oil and alternator lights when turned on. Power to the glow plugs may be independent of this. Off there should be no battery drain. Sounds like the switch is still not turning off. If that model has a mechanical fuel shut to stop the tractor, then there is no solinoid that comes into play, just the ampmeter and oil sensors.
Try to find a new switch or one that can work if wired correctly. Kubota dealers should be able to get you a new switch that will work.
