Basically you would plumb the valve in series with the 3pt hydraulics and tee into the return line. Many farm stores have valves and hoses, It would be best to see a tractor with one installed to figure out the best hose routing and connections. Also getting the right hose lengths would make it neater.
Try tractorbynet.com and view the hydraulic section of the forum, lots of discussion about these things. There also is a vendor listed who sells valves and such.
