Great! for the oil thing, that says the engine
shouldn't be locked up. I don't know about the
safety switches on your tractor, mine is a
L3000 gear drive, it doesn't have a switch
under the seat or on the clutch. It does have
one on the High/Low range shifter, one on the
PTO leaver, none anywhere else. The High/Low
shifter has to be in neutral, the PTO has to
be off. I know this is another long shot, your
tractor is too new for this, but it wouldn't
hurt to check the ground cable where it bolts
to the engine or frame, just to be sure it's
tight and making contact.
