I HAVE AN L3540 ...FIRST TRACTOR, NO PROBLEMS LOVE IT QUESTION.... TO GET THE MOWER TO RUN AT 400(RECOMENDED PTO SPEED) I HAVE THE ENGINE REVING AT 2000RPM .SEEMS VERY FAST. IS THAT ABOUT RIGHT?
