Hard to tell what's going on for sure. Just
some thoughts for you to check. Be sure the
fuel has a good free flow from the tank. Be
sure the cap vent isn't plugged, That would
be a very small hole, may try running with
out the cap just to see. Be sure the fuel filter
and lines are not letting the system suck air.
Fuel filter may not be tight enough or may have
trash on the rubber seal. May have a lose fuel
line, not leaking fuel but would let it suck air.
