there is most likely debris (grass)stuck in the elboe of the fuel outlet line on top of the fuel tank.grass drops into tank from underneath the fuel cap when you remove it sometimes. you will have to drop the fuel tank. remove the left tire/ take out the four bolts that hold the tank on/ remove 2 fender bolts to loosen up the fender to slide the tank out and down.(tight fit) make sure lid is also removed from tank.remove fuel line and then remove elboe out of rubber grommett. blow out looking for debris.
