Thank you for the reply. I knew about API ratings and the reasons to look for them. My largest concern was I could not find the cc-cd api ratings on any of the oils that I was looking at. Since then I have had someone tell me that anything greater than cc-cd will work just fine. The other thing I found rather strange was the 10w-30 or 10w-40 the manual calls for. I thought most diesel oils were 15w-40 or at least a lot of them that I have read. Again thanks for the help!
