Mobil 1 is an automotive oil. Mobil's diesel oil is called Delvac, or Delvac1 if you want to use a synthetic. Castrol's diesel oil is Tection, or Exilion if you want synthetic. Hypuron is Castrol's diesel semi-synthetic, and is an excellent choice for tractor use.
Most people go with Shell Rotella-T 15w-40, which is an established diesel engine lubricant with an excellent track record. You can buy it at Wal-Mart, which makes it more accessible than some of the higher cost oils. Delo 400 is another popular and easy to find oil.
Just remember, whichever oil you choose, the very best oil for your tractor is NEW oil. Tractors work in dirty, hot environments, and often are running wide open, pulling as hard as the engine can work. Oil can break down quickly, get dirty, and grind the guts right out of the engine. Kubotas are notorious for overheating if the radiator gets partially plugged. When in doubt, change the oil. Never run past the recommended oil change interval.
