The control lever on the front end loader does not return to the neutral position on its own when released. This occurs with hydraulics on or with the engine off and hydraulics depressured.
Acts as if there is a spring which is broken or stuck. I have put the loader through its four operations thinking it would loosen up, but no luck with that.
Next step is to take the valve block apart?
