Without a picture kind of hard to diagnose, but you would need a separate valve to the mixer if it needs hydraulic pressure, that valve would need to be in series with the hydraulic line to the 3pt, anyway that is how my loader is plumbed. Both the 3pt and loader work independently and at the same time without closing the 3pt valve under the seat.
