does anyone know if there is some kind of plate that is on the back of the bracket where the 3 point hooks to the tractor. I am having a problem with the 3 point going all the way up. I adjusted the 3 point and can get it all the way up but when I hook an implement up and it puts pressure on the plate it won't go all the way up. There is a gap where it looks like a plate or something goes into the space to keep the bracket from moving. Any answers?
