Hey folks, I am looking at buying a BX6200 diesel from a guy I know to mow a 3 acre lot and do a little veggie growing. I always have to lift rocks, compost, maple sap barrels, have a driveway to plow, a tiny bit of grading and gravel spreading to do, etc.
First does anyone have specs (HP?)and reliability info on the BX6200? Engine size, etc. This tractor comes with a front (smc?) loader, and a 60 inch deck for $7500 it has 133 hours. Also available is a "dozer blade for $500, a backblade $500, a rake $500 Is this a good deal?
Can the loader be installed with the mower deck on? Is this a reliable tractor? Is it overkill for mowing? right now it takes me four hours with my '62 cub cadet 100. Are backhoes expensive for this machine?
Thank you,
Tony
