Randy, Dont' know if this will help or not. recently purchased a l225 and experienced hyd. problems as well. My 3-point would lift but would not hold. Turned out to be the o-ring on my cylinder had deteriorated. Replaced and all works good as new. You state yours will not work at all. Have you checked to see if the hyd. pump is working? If pump is working 3-point should raise- thats about all I know maybe some of the pro's can help- Ron
