Hi Angie,
With a new pump on board, what's left is the
"cylinder packing" (about $120 if you rebuild them yourself),
A "bad loader valve" (about $250 if you install it yourself),
the "relief valve adjustment" ($0 if you adjust it yourself).
You may put a pressure gauge on the lift port of that loader valve and see what is reads. About 1700 p.s.i. is a good start. If it's below that
turn up the pressure at the relief.
Some of them use a big flat blade screwdriver,
Some others have the relief adj under a cap you remove, and there will be a lock nut and usually
a stud with a flat blade slot or an "allen socket". Turning it "in" is more pressure and "out" is less.
If you can't get from 1500 to 2000 psi out of it then either the pump or valve is shot. And you mentioned
a new pump.
If you have good pressure but still no lift, it's time to look into those cylinders for repacking. Does the loader bleed down if it sits for a while? (bad cylinder Packing).
How does the 3 point work?
Any other ideas guy's?
Good luck, tom
