There are manuals for sale on the SSB Tractor site. Somewhere on the top of the page you can click on "Manuals" and there you are.
I'm not sure about the Ron manual thing, but they usually do come in a 3 ring binder. I don't know where his add is to look at it.
As far as your pedal not working very well, you can lube all points and,
That 7100 may have a nitrogen cylinder that has gone bad. That cylinder dampens the pedal action to lighten the shock loads to make
the tractor a bit less jerky in operation. I have seen many of them just removed and never replaced. Works fine that way also.
Just remove it for a test. Good luck, tom
