Need wiring diagram, specifically for the alternator/regulator portion of the system. Alternator putting out 20 VAC. Output wires from alternator connected to blue wires from regulator.Red wire from regulator goes to positive battery terminal via the stud on the starter. Maximum charge voltage 12.6VDC at maximum rpm. Yellow wire from regulator not connected to anything and there are not any apparent loose ends lying about. 12.6VDC is not enough to charge a battery.
