I don't know how much room you have to play
with, but if you get a mower that turns the
other direction, if room enough you can twist
the drive belt in a figure 8 and reverse the
drive direction. It's done at the factory on
some John Deere mowers, and works great as long
as the belt doesn't rub it's self. It can be
done on a rear mower as well.
