I have a 25hp Kohler engine tractor from Sears....a Craftsman.....It started revving up and down and blowing gas from the carb....I put in new needle valve & float, and it helped that....and it stopped blowing the gas from carb.....But it still revs up high & low.....I pull the choke out 1/4" and it stops the RPM from going up down....it idles too high....please help..........thank you.
