I have never seen it on a Kubota, but we have an old AC that kept losing injector prime because the screen in the outlet of the fuel tank was plugged. I even back-blew the screen with air, but eventually had to pull the tank and clean the screen manually to fix the problem.
Look for obstructions in the fuel line.
