Got a strange feeling on this one.Don't sound
like it should be happening. I bet the 1/2
tank of fuel has nothing to do with it.Your
filling the tank, then bleeding the lines, when
it gets to 1/2 tank your problem starts. I think you have a very tiny air leak in the line
from the tank or at the fuel filter on the
suction side,It takes that much engine running
to finally get enough air sucked in to goof the
injector system with air. I would remove all the
lines and filter and inspect or replace with
new, be sure they are tight and sealed. I think
from the injector pump on to the injectors will
be just fine or you would have a fuel leak
showing up with the fuel under all that pressure.
