Yes, antifreeze in the tires was a good idea. You will find that keeping a heavy implement attached to the rear, like a blade or mower, will help a lot while doing bucket work. I don't know about weight. Sufficient. You can get under a big rock or tree with the bucket to transfer weight onto the front tires, and push a small mountain with the HST transmission.
Keep the bucket low when travelling with a load, and watch those side hills. I slid sideways off a muddy road and got wedged between two trees. It took a second tractor to get me out, even with 4wd and a front loader.
