This is not a fix but it might help for a
while, install a tube of SolderSeal radiator
stop leak in the antifreeze and that would take
care of the head gasket for a while. You could
also install a bottle of STP in the engine oil
and that will help on the compression. All this
will help for a while, but sooner or later it
would have to be fixed right.
