Don't do it!. My friend has an L3300 4x4 like mine and he destroyed the front hub gears doing just that.The dealer told us that these tractors are quote "4 wheel assist" NOT Four wheel drive.
He said any severe speed differential from from to back such as spinning on ice can cause major failure. The concept of the front drive is that there will be always be some slippage. If you take that away you lose your shock absorber so to speak..
