That 25 pto hp will do the mowing job better
than you think. I too go a little less than
540 pto rpm, just about like Smokin Dog said.
Get your self a repair manual to go by, you
can get them from the dealer or at the top of
this site, mine cost about $85.00 but well worth
it. I also did my own 50 hr service and spent
about $150.00. I did the STP thing and it's
worked great.
