Any suggestions on what not to do to my new tractor

After a year of looking at a small tractor I finally bit the bullet and bought a new 3240hst with loaded r4's and 724 loader.
I only used it for 2 hours just to get use to it but I would like to know some of the "for god sakes don't do $$$ with it" from the kubota folks here.
I am used to running my D6 dozer, ford 655 TLB, and ex200 and it will take some getting used to for sure.
Just want some insight on what these small hydros dont like other than the usuall. ensure to warm up the hydrolics before loading, etc.

Any suggestions that might save me trouble down the road would be great.
