Agree with you CJ, I hear about blown seals
because of over fill all the time... Man what
are people thinking.People don't under stand
that a part of the oil level is for a reserve
and it's measured by the factory at a level
they think will be sufficent for the unit. but
that level could be increased some or maybe
decreased a little, and not hurt a thing. A
little much oil does not increase oil pressure
and will not blow seals. The oil pump is controlled be the engine operation and not the
oil level.
