I have a L3130. I live in the northeast. It gets used very little (1 1/2 hours continous) once a month,in the winter. Last weekend it would barely run. The fuel filter was half full of water and frozen in the housing. I cleaned it up and it runs fine. The fuel tank is always full and I use diesel fuel treatment. The fuel is stored in a garage on a wood shelf. No problem in the summer months. How can I stop the moisture/condensation problem? Any help would be great.
