Nothing wrong with a 3 cyl at all, the 4 cyl
will have a smoother idle, the more cyl you
have the smoother running, But not necessarly
any better for power and work. Go with the
largest tractor your finance will let you. In
this case the 4 cyl will have more power, just
a few horse power will make a difference.
I have seen in some cases the 3 cyl out work
the 4 cyl. Just depends on the make and engine
size.
