I'm not an expert on hyd, but I sent you the section from my manual covering the system on the 7100
if you are saying a three point implement won't stay up once lifted, I'd call that three point bleed down.
I don't know enough about the system to pinpoint the cause.
First thing I'd check is the adjustment nut for the implement lowering speed, could have come loose and worked it's way too far out so there is no pressure at all. I'd also check the control rod adjustments
If all those look good I'd tear that sucker down and do a rebuild
