Search SSB Tractor for Kubota "L4150, 4150-N 2" to find your service manual. I think that tractor is recent enough that you should also still be able to get an operator's manual, service manual and parts manual direct from Kubota. Check with your dealer.
I bought my tractor new, and rolled the manuals right into the deal. They may sound expensive, but the first time they save you a repair bill, they pay for themselves.
To answer your question, the engine oil drains out of the engine. The transmission oil drains out of the transmission. If dirty engine oil comes out, you have the right plug. If pretty pink transmission fluid comes out, that is the wrong hole. Put the plug back in and top off the transmission to replace what you lost.
