Mike, not to start an argument, but if that tractor is newer or under warranty putting anything in the hyd oil will void the warranty likely,

A hys shop can put new seals in the valve or you can order a detent and seal kit and do the job yourself.

I'm not saying that STP will hurt but I rebuilt my controller for about 45.00 and a couple hours work,

I'v stated my opinion and will say no more.
