You say the battery checks good, but it does
sound like a bad battery. Or the cables are
not clean after all, one way or the other the
current isn't getting where it needs to go.
If my wife could use a tractor like your
doing, and didn't wreck it, I would never be
unhappy. Not starting could happen to anyone.
