I have an L35 Kubota tractor that has been leaking oil (quite significantly) around both front wheels. I have attempted to dissassemble one of the wheel units to try and determine what is worn and/or needs replaced in order to stop the leaking. I have unhooked the front tie rod to the left wheel (via the turnbuckle adjustment), and have removed the 4 bolts that are holding the wheel unit onto the main axle body. The wheel unit will only pull out approx 1/16" (or so). I have never performed this operation before (though I have done several other involved repairs in the past), so this is unfamiliar territory for me. I also do not have any schematics for the tractor, so I don't know what is holding the unit and/or what the "proper" procedure is when dealing with the issue I am having.
Any advice and/or help would be greatly appreciated.
