Two suggestions. Remove thermostat and see if that makes a difference. Second replace your current radiator cap----even if you have a new one.If you don't want to purchase a new one then have a shop check to see if the current one is holding pressure. Also do you have the correct cap and correct thermostat? Is the ehad gasket OK---no cracks, etc. ???
