Jim,the blue wire coming out of the pto sw is the pwr supply feed for the clutch when the pto sw is in the on position.The wire stays blue all the way to the pto clutch connection under the engine,check for 12vdc on both sides of the pto clutch connector with eng off and someone in the seat w/pto sw on.U should have power there,if not check the blue wire at the pto sw blue wire,if not,check the yellow wire for power,this should help.
