john deere 1020 hydraulic problem

This tractor has ran fine since I bought it. I notice a vibration in the hydraulic only when turning before. But now the hydraulic lines vibrate almost contuniously and after periods of use the brakes seem to fade away. I have also noticed a increese in heat in the steering box under the steering wheel and the rear differental. What do I need to do to fix this problem. I have changed the hydraulic filter.
