Well, I bought it and changed the oil in the engine and transmission. The cooling system does not leak down at all and the tractor has been running well for a year and a half. I guess I dodged a bullet with regard to the oil but if I am reading correctly I bought a problem with the hydraulic and brake systems.
I only use it to bush hog 6 acres and pull stuff with when it gets stuck so the hydraulics is not really an issue. The brakes work great on one side, the other does not work at all so I will need to get into that at some point. My ground is pretty flat so no hills to worry about.
