We got our money back.
As far as suing a dealer who has taken someone's money in exchange for a dead piece of new equipment...it is totally justified to expect a refund particularly with the situation similar to min and not to be confused with a sue happy state. For a dealer to do otherwise is frankly, theft. The courts are there for a purpose (consumer protection) and it is ridiculous to insinuate that this situation didn't warrant it if it had not been made right. It's called the federal lemon law. What is ruining the country is bad work ethic, and dishonesty (on both sides which ecompasses frivolous suers as well as bilkers).
