Thanks for asking but I'm not interested in selling mine right now but I do know of where one is (or was a week ago). The guy who works on my mowers and deals with JD mowers a lot and knows a great deal about them had a 265 a week ago. It was in pretty good shape. His name is Bill Dugger and his phone number is 256-232-8805. We are located in north Alabama. Hope that helps. He also has several other series JD mowers, some he keeps and some he sells.
