LT155 - Left blade not engaging

When mowing only the right side is cutting, the other side flattens the grass. When checking underneath, the right blade moves freely, the
left side will not turn freely. You can manually turn the left blade about 15° both ways and then
it locks up. Is this a problem with the bearing?
