I can really understand your frustration. I hope you can take a deep breath, calm down a little, and then cooly evaluate what your options are. I think at this point, you definitely could try going up the food chain at Deere, and express your problem with your tractor AND your dealer and insisting that the problem be corrected with your carborator. Another approach would be insisting on a new machine, and depending on which stste you are in, you might be covered by the same lemon laws that cover cars. And a refund to be used toward a different color tractor from a different dealer is another choice. These need to be discussed first with your husband and then once you have both decided, then calmly proceed with your decision. I'm very sad that the GT245 has given you so many problems and Even though I have no vested interest in Deere selling tractors (I'm not in the business) I hope you know that this is not how Deere usually does business or manufacture equipment.
