Well, here it is Friday afternoon...my husband is outside dealing with the delivery guy...I called the general manager. It is everything I can do to not scream.
The delivery guy is outside...said they did NOT rejet the carburetor. The invoice said they "checked the filter and it's full of oil." Cleaned it, replaced plugs, works fine...
In other words, once again, they are claiming OPERATOR FAULT.
You know what? That is garbage as my husband babied the thing every two hours cleaning the plugs. WHAT ABOUT "RUNNING TO RICH" CAN'T THEY UNDERSTAND????!!!!
I told them I want my money back, that the equipment is only as good as the service department!!! While the mower is fixable and could probably be a great machine once they fix the DEFECT, I don't want to deal with these crooks/incompetents, whichever applies, in the service department.
TOO MUCH MONEY TO PUT UP WITH THIS!!
ARGHGHGH! HELP!
