After 4 hours of mowing after the last shop visit (new carburetor), even with cleaning the plugs, it started running rough again. He could clean the plugs but it gets to the point where the carbon build up in the rest makes it run rough. They are picking it up tomorrow and are going to re-jet the carburetor. The only problem they say is that our model is air-cooled, so they are afraid it may run hot....although I just looked and Coppoc's gx 335 is also air-cooled...the gx series gets into water cooled in model 345 on up....
They also say they have had problems with some of this series running lean more often than running rich...
Unfortunately, the dealer says they do not have a loaner, so we are once again mowerless. We have yet to have the thing mow all 3 3/4 mowable acres without a hitch. When it does work...it works very well and leaves the lawn carpet-like. We hope this last fix will take care of it and hope they refund us the pickup/delivery fee on the first warranty service.
