: I just aquired a JD 214. The is in geat shape, run good. my problem is that the clutch for the mower will not disengage. so the mower runs all the time.
Have you check the manual linkage. The clutch for this model is behind the pulley on the right side of tractor motor. The pulley is a two piece pulley.
