Your tractor has still gotta be under warantee, so it IS the dealer's responcibility to fix it. I've checked around and it does not seem like this problem is wide spread, although you and another person here have reported the same defect. Without seeing the machines, I can only guess that there were a few defective carborators used and you guys were unlucky to get one. I do sincerelyt hope that the dealer steps up and makes it right either by correctly fixing the problem, or replacing your machine's engine. I knowe you may not believe me, but the Deere GT series of tractors are very good machines, and most folks have little or no problems with them. I have already "chatted" with someone that has over 200 hours on the same machine and it has been trouble free. I sincerely wish you the best of luck in getting this properly fixed.
