I have a John deere 316 lawn mower...The PTO cluch will not stay on....I have tried the battery..ajdusting the clutch..a new switch..a new voltage reg...and nothing...it seems to be something elecrical..the battery light stays on and will not go off...if by some chance it does flicker off then the deck will run ...Please help
